  Ahmad Nasr you need 1st another views to exclude oblique deformity 
  and cozen 's# as i think associated with fibular # also which i can't see in this x ray 
  any way it wouldn't matter to wait and follow up if no spontaneous resolution go for corrective osteotomy and above knee cast

  Ahmad Nasr Don't wait that long but you can wait for 12 m. & observe any decrease of the angle at cora the child is only 3 yrs old 
  but if you want go for osteotomy because with 8 plate you also will wait for may be 10 monthes
